Celestine V and the Holy Door

Making of costumes used in the annual re-enactments of the Forgiveness, held at the end of August in Collemaggio and other places in the province of L'Aquila.
In particular, we have reproduced by hand the cassock of the "Pope Celestine V" and his papal tiara (triregnum) inspired by the painting of Giulio Cesare Bedeschini (Saint Peter Celestine) exhibited in the Museo nazionale d'Abruzzo in L'Aquila.
